Soybean Salad

Preparation time





1 cup Soybeans in Kinino Grains
1 red pepper
2 tablespoons green olives
1 onion
Kinino Green Smell to taste
Salt, olive oil and lemon juice to taste


Wash Soybeans in Kinino Grains under running water. Then give a boiling water bath in the soybean, and then drain it. Leave the soy sauce in water overnight (8 hours on average). Add more water, and remove the peels from the soybean by rubbing the grains between your hands. Drain the water and transfer the beans to the pressure cooker, adding enough water to cook and a little oil (approximately one spoon for each liter of water). Cook until the beans are tender. Drain the water and add the other chopped ingredients. Mix well and season to taste with salt, olive oil and lemon juice.
